- All international orders documentation are shipped at full value.

Shipping Methods & Policies
Our policies are designed to protect you (the customer) and us (the seller) from fraud. No exceptions!
- Orders received prior to 12:00pm EST are typically shipped the same day (Tuesday - Friday).
- Orders received after 12:00pm EST are typically shipped the next business day (Tuesday - Friday).
- Orders received on Saturday, Sunday & Monday are typically shipped on the following Tuesday.
- Domestic orders (U.S.A only) are shipped via UPS Ground or U.S. Mail, at our discretion.
- Alternative shipping methods are available upon checkout.
- All orders are insured for full value.
- All orders of guitars, amps & speaker cabinets are shipped adult signature required.
- All orders are shipped to the billing address of credit card or PayPal verified address.
