Zion RT Classic Electric Guitar - Vintage Cherry Burst
Zion RT Classic - Vintage Cherry Burst
NOS - 1996
Mint condition
New Old Stock prototype guitar designed and built by Ken Hoover, the original founder of Zion Guitars.
Ken gave me the guitar to use during the protyping stage of designing the MannMade USA "Resophonic" Tremolo Bridge. This guitar has been in my archives since then.
The RT Classic was Ken's vision of a Super Strat, built with a Figured Maple Top on a Swamp Ash Body.
Pickups were 2 single coils and 1 humbucker. MannMade "Resophonic" Trem and Sperzel locking Tuners.
The guitar is in near MINT condition (see photos), with ZERO Play wear.
The pickguard is very slightly warped between the bass & middle pickup (bass side).
(It is about the thickness of 1 medium pick).
